Route 33

Swedish house imprint Route 33 is owned and operated by Polish ex-pat Pawel Kobak. The label focuses on New York-style deep, soulful house and is working with the likes of Fredrik Stark (i! Records), Manuel Perez, and Patrick Richard. Route 33's first release dropped in November 2000.

Niko Bellotto
Techno and house producer Niko Bellotto runs three labels and makes finely tuned underground cuts for many more. He collaborates in the studio with the likes of Alexi Delano, Jesper Dahlback, and Adam Beyer.

City Dreams
Sweden pumps out more house producers than porn starts these days, as evidenced by the emergence of Stockholm's Fredrik Stark and Pawel Kobak. As City Dreams, the duo produces soothing house sounds a la Kevin Yost, Richard Les Crees, and Mikael Delta.

Isaac Spayes
Jyri Kantanen makes dubby, minimal house and techno in the style of Basic Channel, Chain Reaction, and Main Street. Masquerading as Isaac Spayes, he has released music on Snickars, Dubwise, and Route 33.
