Nordic Trax

Vancouver-based Nordic Trax was created by DJ/producer Luke McKeehan to showcase underground Canadian talent. McKeehan has a strong "scene" background: he moved to B.C. from Toronto and opened the Chameleon night club, began DJing at parties around Vancouver, and started a label called MoFunk geared toward the trip-hop/downtempo heads. Then he and fellow ex-Torontonian, Tyler 'T-Bone' Stadius opened SONAR, Vancouver's premier underground nightlclub. As Vancouver's house scene burgeoned, so did the influx of material for the newly-formed Nordic Trax label, and the rest is history...

M Trax is a Manchester, England-based collective who make house music par excellence. The group records as M Trax for Low Pressings and Nordic Trax and as Mettle Music Collective for Toko and Transport.



Ben Nevile
