Tim Fielding's Journeys By DJ imprint is renowned the world over for its top flight mixed compilations. After a brief setback between '98 and '01, the label re-launched with a stunning deep house mix CD from Nicolas Matar. This was closely followed by a re-release of Coldcut's classic mix and new works from John Selway and DJ Touche. It looks like the label is finally back to where it was before their unfortunate brush with a bunch of London tea leaves.
DJ Touche
Formerly of The Wiseguys, DJ Touche bridges the gap between U.S. hip hop and U.K. breakbeat. As a producer, he has licensed tracks to Mitsubishi and Budweiser adverts and as a DJ, he has played the biggest and best clubs in the world.
