It's that time of year again. Family members have flown back home, the lights are coming down, and your New Year's hangover is finally starting to subside. That's right, the holiday season is rolling to a close! Phew. But you're not out of the woods yet. As you finally wash your twenty new pairs of socks (thanks mum!) and fork over the last of your gift money to your landlord, don't forget about the final ominous epilogue in the book that is the 2012 Holiday Season. Yep, I'm talking about the dreaded, laborious task of writing thank-you notes. Whether you got some awesome cash or an awful sweater, you've gotta thank the powers that be.

To this day, my yia-yia will hound me incessantly until I get every last envelope into a mailbox. "I know, I will... I know it's the end of March... I'll try and work on them today... It's not that I don't wantto write them, it's just... No, you're right, there's no excuse..." and so on. Crap, she's probably gonna call soon, I should get to work...

So if you haven't already, grab your pen and paper, throw on this playlist, try to remember what everyone got you, and get to thanking. Do it for Grandma!

You're welcome.
