UTE (Under The External) established themselves with a number of critically acclaimed releases on independent labels like 33Jazz, Dorado, Moonshine Music, and Shadow Records, then founded Fi Sci Records after escaping a six album deal with Mercury/Polygram gone horribly awry. Since its inception the labels has become
home to other established junglists such as Kumo and 7Central. "Outlines" is from the Fi Sci Records compilation Eclipse of the Moon and Falling Star.
