Telefuzz is an innovative new project from Don Verbrilli, the producer behind The Verbrilli Sound. As with The Verbrilli Sound, downtempo breakbeat is the order of the day. Verbrilli effortlessly combines elements of breakbeat, jazz, funk, and Detroit-electro to form a brand new sound that is finding fans across the dance community. Both "Millionaire" and "Shampoo Idols" are taken from the excellent Upstairs Recordings compilation, Headlands 02. The high level of production and innovative use of sampling was spotted by the clever chaps at Om Records, who duly licensed a few tracks for the compilation Environments. More labels are sure to follow.
