Philadelphia residents Rob Paine and Zack Eberz are making big names for themselves in the ever-expanding world of deep dub-house. This San Francisco-based movement, which also includes DJ Garth, Idjut Boys, Dominic Dawson, and Ben Cook, is sweeping both the States and Europe.
"Beating Heart" combines natty drum rolls with deep booming bass, echoed keys, and sampled vocal loops to create the perfect sound for both sunset and sunrise scenarios. "Tech Heart" is stripped-down house built for dance floor destruction. "Night Life" expands on Paine's earlier productions and also comes with a blistering Pete Moss remix that adds peak time dance floor sensibility. "Come Fi Mash It" is taken from the eighth Worship release, and also comes with a killer Pete Moss "Re-Blessing."
