This indie-rock band has not only created a place for themselves the realm of independent music, but paved the way remixers to also make their mark. Ra Ra Riot first began their musical endeavor on the campus of Syracuse
University, where they quickly rose to international fame. A year after
they embarked on their musical journey, they toured with Tokyo Police
Club, Art Brut, and the Editors. Though by an unfortunate incident, they
lost their drummer along the way, they have continued to make a place
for themselves, even touching base in the electronic remix realm.
