Kerb Crawler
Whole Nine Yards
With tracks on Junior Boys Own and his own Blue Black, Dylan Rhymes has become one of the most respected producers on the breakbeat scene. Quinn Whalley is the undercover producer responsible for the house cover of The Police's "You Can't Go Wrong," released on Pagan Records. Together these two prolific producers team up together as Kerb Crawler.
Their debut on Whole Nine Yards, "Pervert," was the top breakbeat tune of '99 according to Thursday Club Recordings own Rennie Pilgrem. Now the stage is set for more dance floor-oriented antics with the impressive, if rather humorously titled, "Crack Whore." Proving once again that crack whores are not merely born but actually made, label mates Dark Globe add their own special brand of digital breakbeat trickery to the track, slicing it up and letting it loose to roam dark alleys.
