Hey, what do you think it is about the Midwest that inspires so much sincerity, aggression, and emotion in its local rock bands? Keleton DMD is one such rock band, residents of Kalamazoo, Michigan, and owners of a fierce, ragged, extremely powerful hardcore attack. Their sound is actually ever so slightly reminiscent of some of the DC hardcore bands of a decade or so ago: grueling, complex rhythms, artillery fire guitars, and harsh, screamy vocals. Keleton DMD doesn't waste any time messing around, they challenge you every step of the way. The band's first release was a seven-inch titled "Possibly the World," and they followed that with the Body Double album in 2001, featuring "Black and Single."
