D'julz
Serial Recordings

D'julz is somewhat of a legend in his native France. He holds successful residencies at both Rex and Magic Garden in Paris, and he plays regularly at the notorious gay night Scream. Out of his homeland, D'julz spins frequently at The End in London, Chemistry in Amsterdam, and Twilo in New York. So what makes him so good? Firstly his track selection is second to none, featuring deep and tech-house of the highest order. Secondly his smooth and progressive mixing is faultless; this man hasn't a glitch in sight.

D'julz Box on Magic Garden Presents D'julz Box features an impressive 18 tracks that cover house in all its glory. D'julz starts the proceedings on a funky tip, with selections from Glissandro Bros., Frankie Feliciano, Summer Spectrum (aka DJ Rasoul and Migs), and DJ Q. He then leads us into the harder world of Trevor Rockliffe, E-Dancer, and Santos Rodriguez, only to bring us back up with his own release on Serial, "Crossings Roads" (that we have available for download here), and the finale "Music Saved My Life" by Calvin Fisher. D'julz is not afraid to take risks when he spins. He selects the many shades of house and mixes them together with consummate ease. And who said that the scene in France is dead?
